We understand the everyday projects and not all projects are the same. Some are well defined, and some are as small as an idea wanting to happen.

SST-PV will help integrate your project with a four-step process to help make your project successful.

Service

Project Planning

Planning is imperative to the success of every project. It may be as simple as a conversation about timeline and budget, or as complicated as a building a new product line. 

However, without planning we are setting ourselves and our customers up for failure which is unacceptable. 

The planning process will include insight from our team of experts to troubleshoot, foresee challenges and strategize opportunities. If we are fabricating to set standards like ASME, those requirements will be discussed during this stage. 

Engineering firms and other partners will be consulted if appropriate. Presentation drawings will be made for your approval.

 

Project Design

Let us design all your projects.

Our engineers will review the approved plan for compliance with any OSHA or government requirements and recommend any options that may improve on the plan. 

Once a budget is agreed upon, SST-PV will create detailed fabrication drawings including a bill of materials, environmental and code requirements for your approval.

 Customer driven changes will be implemented. When the project is completed, a data disk will be prepared with all the standards, certification, and user data and presented to the customer.

Fabrication
of Projects

We can fabricate all your projects.

Our shop fabricators will go to work purchasing materials and fabricating your project to the agreed upon standards.

They will meet with the assigned project manager to be briefed on the project and lend their ideas based upon experience.

Finished machined parts and weldments will be inspected to the design prints as specified by the design engineers. Completed assemblies will be adequately crated and loaded on trucks for shipment.

Installation

Our teams of talented tradesmen will be on the job installing your equipment. These professional millwrights perform great under pressure. They understand that down time is lost revenue and strive to get your team back up and running without sacrificing quality or safety. They provide industrial rigging, disassemble and set-up equipment and travel to work in all states.

P&ID Development

Process & Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID) preparation is necessary to instruct the pipefitters of the proper process flow. SST-PV can create a P&ID or revise a P&ID for implementation if required.

We will create pipe routing and install the piping from the P&ID as required by clients. Piping layout, routing, creating, revision, and installation of all process piping are standard procedures.
