Depending on the dimensions, tanks up to 10,000 gallons can be built in our shop. A variety of heating and cooling surfaces are available in either single wall or insulated with outer jacket configurations.

Our craftsmen are highly skilled at the job they do. They have the experience necessary to produce a high-quality product with skills including, but not limited to, blueprint reading, welding, grinding, polishing and finish and operation of automated equipment.
Our fabricators are always learning and improving their skills and an using a variety of measurement tools.
There is no challenge our craftsmen cannot handle.
Types of Materials
We build mostly 304 and 316 stainless steel custom tanks and associated process equipment, but Hastelloy, Inconel, Duplex, Titanium, and various other nickel alloys are available.
Various heating and cooling surfaces available. Dimpled jackets for heating or cooling and insulated outer wraps are common, as are external heat exchangers.
ASME Certified
Our Highly skilled craftsmen are ASME certified in most processes, holding ASME “U” & “S” Stamps. Most of our source metal is also laser cut for added accuracy.
Other Accessories Needed
We also provide accessories such as Ladders, handrails and platforms, process piping and electrical process controls.
Our sales distribution department specializes in providing timely replacement parts as needed. We sell repair kits, fittings, vents, pumps and pump parts, valves, and sensing elements upon request.
